Wherever you start working, if you show some incentive and proactivity, you will progress. Stop having this crippled mentality of everything being rigged and claiming all cards have already been dealt.

Believe me I understand that. My brother is now heading towards his 6th year of unemployment. But my honest Feeling, is that he does not really commit to changing this. Believe me, if you really want to work, you will find at least something to Keep you busy for the beginning. Then, when you have the Feeling back of actually counting, you will get ideas to go Forward and upward. I started of my first Job with 1200€, 7 years ago. With my "crappy" 2k I made a gain of 80%. But believe me, I bled for this. 58h weeks and the commitment to do even more got me here. Now I work 38h and can survive... It's just that surviving ain't that much of a living either.

Do you have any specific skills? If you were good with electricity, you could make killing of it. Nowdays if germans your native tongue, you can easily ladder up to manager of Mc Donalds Filiale or Billa Filiale. Your english seems decent, try getting job at hotel reception.
