You already have $3,500 positive cash flow from your rental properties. Why not just buy more? You really only need $8-10k in cash flow in order to retire in the US. Do you really want to live in a foreign country, surrounded by poverty and disease, where you don't speak the local language, just to save a buck? It's fun to visit 3rd world countries on vacation, but it would be dumb to live there. You're better off increasing your rental income and living in a first world country. If you're sick of the US, try Europe.
