All ideas should be open to democratic discussion. Maybe the Finnish people want a government run by Nordfront? I doubt it, because far-right ideas like theirs usually don't gain majority support. But the point is that all political movements in any democratic country should be legal (as long as they're not breaking any laws like being violent). Otherwise it's no longer a democratic country.
This is nothing to do with "tolerance" (I don't even know what that word is meant to mean). It's to do with democratic freedom.
Regardless of opinions, all political movements should be legal in democratic countries. If people are committing violence then obviously that is illegal and they should be arrested. But ideas shouldn't be illegal.
