Good find OP, I told Nano community members this will dump until the BitGrail situation is resolved one way (legal resolution) or another (Bomber dumping his stack).

No one knows. The Nano devs are saying BitGrail's poor backend caused loss of exchange funds as far back since October 2017. Bomber is claiming he only found out about it in late Jan or Feb and says the situation could've been resolved if the devs forked the project. Bomber supposedly reported the matter to Italian police and he isn't allowed by their local laws to move any exchange funds pending bankruptcy trial or something.
That coin movement tells a different story.
