Which state has low income tax, sales tax, and property tax. But comes with a large enough metro area with plentiful of good jobs?

nigga you gotta pick one or the other
Just move down to Delaware, no sales tax either. Drink some Dogfish Head at Dewey beach.
I think Jow Forums is turning me gay, none of those women look even remotely attractive to me. They're just CAKED in makeup, they may as well wear a mask at this point.
Forgot to mention to work in Philly not Wilmington. I live in the city but have friends in Delaware and Jersey too, Delaware is a lot better to buy a place than Jersey unless you are looking at schools too.
my neighbors just did this - they want to come back to NJ
maybe phoenix?
philly has a ~3.5-3.9% city income tax
you're not gay, they're just really not very attractive
fuck off we're full. anyone else notice how many people flee from liberal states for reasons like high taxes and then they vote for the exact same big government politicians with socialists policies that they where fleeing from? they are cancer and spread around and shit up everywhere they go. so stay where you are and fix your own politicians rather than coming here.
Stay in your containment state meatball nigger
You'll probably make 10% more working there though or you can find a job somewhere outside the tax. Get a job in like Conshohocken or something.
I live and work in Southern New Jersey. I don't really like the idea of having an hour long commute.
Right on the northern border for a 30min commute? I don't work in Philly, but I probably will be looking for a new job soon regardless which most likely will be in Philly.
I think it is lower for people who live outside of Philly but true. Also I never worked in Philly but I think you can deduct philly income tax from new jersey income tax or some bullshit like this. No idea if Delaware is similar or what I said is even true to begin with.
Also property taxes for a 250k house is 8k a year in the area where I am from in NJ
Nobody wants to move to West Virginia or Alabama.
Vegas. No tax. But then u have to live in Vegas
Are the legends true? Do the things that happen there stay there?
My friends just live near a train station and take the train everyday. I hate commutes too so I just bite the bullet and live in center city. It's expensive for a small place, but I walk to work/go out which saves a ton of money. Plus my apartment has a rooftop pool so that's fun.
I like the city though so I was thinking of buying a place in Fairmount next summer.
I buy $100 ounces of chronic in vegas
and eat $6 all you can eat buffets... fuck off, we're full
Houston/Austin
shitloads of jobs, no income tax
shit load of shitty paying jobs
Fuck off we're full, only Jow Forumsacks are welcome not potential lefty Jow Forumscucks
This, pardner.

Hello fellow New Jerseyan. Doesn't our state suck? Do you know our state regularly tops the list of highest state expats? People are fleeing NJ. New jersey is a death trap. You pay NYC taxes for not living in NYC. Basically. NJ has the nations highest property taxes, they are fucking sky high, you pay on average like $1,600 a month for a studio apartment anywhere in this god forsaken state.
NJ sucks. Truly. I am taking my crypto gains elsewhere. I am fleeing south, probably Florida, maybe Atlanta, Nashville or Texas. Philly is a good option too cause the rent there is actually reasonable.
Its cause they are shit women user dont worry
They have really good feet. Would love to taste and sniff their soles after a long day.
Like niggers?
Neither do I.
Boise, ID.
Metro area, houses are still affordable, white, mountains close by, beautiful weather.
Atlanta is a shithole.
Nashville is Ok I guess. I like the chicken.
Why would anyone move to Florida?
>lefty
Ever, once, see anything remotely socialist shilled on biz? No. Go back to your racist echo chamber. /biz is only for anons seeking to improve their lives, not rationalize their shortcomings with muh jews, blacks, sjws, flavor of the week group...
eh they're not 10s and def have a lot of makeup but are still attractive girls regardless
Charlotte, NC
>Why would anyone move to Florida?
I dont know, beautiful weather, hot women, the ocean?
During the winter. It's fucking miserable in the summer.
There's hot women everywhere you NEET.
Gulf side is beautiful, I'll give you that.
>Miserable in the summer
Well, there's modern appliances called air conditioning, so you go inside if it gets hot. If you want to go outside, you hit up the beach, get on a boat, go fishing, fuck your girl, etc.
>There's hot women everywhere you NEET
You need to get out more. The women are hotter down south, they take care of themselves especially in a state like Florida. Plus the Latin women give them a run for their money.
Raleigh/Durham
I've fucked more women than this thread combined. Trust me I get out plenty. I have family in Florida, in a very nice area.
There are some very good looking women, but I hope you like white trash, and kids at 19.
Florida kinda sucks unless you're snowbirding it 6 months a year.
which one would you date?
>I've fucked more women than this thread combined.
Whatever you say, stud
Dogfish Head 90 Minute IPA... now I'm thirsty...
Don't come to Alaska. This place is a shit hole. No income or sales tax, but cost of living is high as fuck, government is almost on par with Seattle's. This place is getting so fucking horrible. Niggers, natives, liberals, sea niggers. Get the fuck outta my state!!!
Maybe you just don't like Latinas?
>They're just CAKED in makeup, they may as well wear a mask at this point.
Is pic related the next revival?
theoretically is there much employment opportunities there? I mean I'm sure there's a lot of weird technical jobs like IT systems for all those machines, lighting engineers for the displays and signs, some kind of crazy plumbing engineering for the hot water systems to all those hotels?
Anywhere without beaches or lakes
