It's about 40 square meters I could use for something shitty like a garden or something. It has grass on it.

Even a small town in the middle of bumfuck nowhere, they build multi story apartment blocks. A house occupies the same amount of land as an apartment, it just gets built on 3-4 stories

I like the ferns btw. Ferns are comfy.

It would take many decades and many trees, plus the effort every year of cutting the branches if they get into someone else land.
Also ferns are annoying,they grow everywhere here. we call them fentos. Theres also a small plague of bamboos in the darkest corner since its humid
