There is no answer to this because the term "Arabs" in its modern sense just refers to any country that has people who identify as arab and speak arabic as a first language. It's more of a linguistic term than an actual ethnic group by now, arab egyptians are very different to lebanese, lebanese are different to tunisians etc. the dialects are also incredibly different and so on.

I think syrians are the most pure arabs and some of them can pass as southern european, arabs from arabian peninsula otherwise are mixed with africans and south asians so they usually look more distinct. But in fact, some part of european genetic come from middle east ancient people.
