I don't know much about Vietnam but I respect Viet immigrants. They're smart, honest and hard working.

no, the room got ac, a very shitty one though, the front door into the yard didn't lock, you could slide it if needed, the building was only about two stores high so didn't need an elevator, even got a nice swimming pool, but...
it was in a shitty place with a lot of construction noise from some buildings probably hotels/some shitty villas being built around it, far from the nearby bus stop, even further, 15 minutes walk, to a beach full of construction garbage, a good beach needed a bus/bike ride, even grab bike drivers didn't always find the hotel when i ordered a ride
at first they gave me a room without a toilet and a shower but with sone view, on my complaints they gave me a room with toilet and shower but with a somewhat limited view to the inner yard right against the bikes that were parked there, in two days the toilet got clogged and after one attempt to unclog it they simply pointed me a toilet across my room and told me to use it, my further complaints were ignored... maids didn't bother to clean rooms unless one explicitly told them, there was other stuff like them turning off the yard lights on the most nights making it hard to navigate, maids having their own party with music on one sunday night etc etc. oh vietnamese are really swine how they listen to music, ever seen how a driver of a sleeper bus randomly decides to listen to a loud music for half a hour at the middle of the night?
