Post pics of your city
why bother, there's nowhere even half as beautiful in any place on my country
That's Romania
It’s ottawa
yeah it was a shitty joke cause earlier today a german posted a canadian city and claimed it was romania.
Oh ok I missed out on that thread
I love ottawa. It was a top tier comfy city when i visited.
There's always a retard tagging everything vaguely beautyful. I'd shoot them on the spot.
fuck off
I'm gonna post a video instead :3

Most of Canada is as shitty, if not worse, than Eastern Europe so it's not like he was wrong to make the comparison
Comfy and neat but cold af during winter
Okay in summer
Shittiest shithole during autumn/spring
lots of houses for sale around here since the owners are all old people who die and their kids can't be bothered to maintain a summer home.
>Most of Canada is as shitty, if not worse, than Eastern Europe
this
Detroit is a truly flawless city. I believe that Detroit may be the greatest city in the world maybe Philadelphia passes it, but just barely. Perhaps even Baltimore. Why is Detroit the greatest city you might be asking? It's quite simple really, diversity. To truly understand just how diverse Detroit is this over 80% black, AKA African American for the more culturally strong, meaning that there is incredibly few white people in Detroit. It's as Canada has truly taught us by this point diversity should be considered a strength. NOT, a weakness.
God I'm jelly
It's rather expensive you know, the only good point is that there's no shitskin, and no criminality.
>lots of houses for sale around here
How much for a modest house?
Apply to a French uni in New Brunswick. It's cheap to live there, all white, and very safe.
Except the universities in NB are dogshit, and the francophone ones are even worse.
Also I suspect that any self-respecting French person will feel like blowing their brains out after being exposed to Acadians for more than a few days time.
There are a couple 2 bedroom homes I see that are around 200k, but normally things are up at 300k+
My Celtic brother
Staten Island is predominately Italian, right? Where's the Irish district in New York?
Acadiens are great people, it's the language that is a problem, and the Université de Moncton is ranked 57th in the country which is a very respectable position.
goddamn covered bridges are cozy
Outch, I come from here , for that price you're a landlord there.
I don't want to study, I just want to feel that atmosphere once in my life, l'été indien and all that shit.
I love them but of the 340 that were in NB in the 40s only 59 remain. They are starting to take it more seriously now and people are working to make sure we don't lose anymore.
ottawogs rise up
Ottawa is nice but Montréal is better
It's still a recovering rust belt city but there's a nice charm to it
jesus, I didn't realise the numbers fell that fast. Did they just fall into disrepair or were they demolished?
Mostly lost in storms (flooding) or the occasional shitty driver. As they are damaged it just became common practise to replace them with faster and cheaper regular bridges. There has been a lot of pushback recently though. One near me was destroyed when someone drove through the side of it and they were going to put in an ordinary bridge but a fund raising and letter writing campaign got them to keep the covered bridge (pic).
They are currently repairing another one in my town too. We lost one a few years back though
it's good to hear that conservation efforts are growing, thanks for the answer user
