You learn about sex and the penus and vagoo in like the 5th or 6th grade, though most kids pretty much knew about it already by then.
Then in middle school and high school you'll learn stuff more in depth, about pregnancy, heritability, different types of sex, diseases you might get and protection, in 9th grade we were handed free condoms in health ed.
