During my Erasmus Turkish and Greeks actually tended to stick together. I heard of some Greeks that watch Turkish TV series and in general it seems that they share a lot of things, and they love to talk about the things they shared. Even banter about Constantinople was taken lightly.

They don't seem to mind each other as long as they don't provoke. Greeks seem to hate the turkish government though.

50 % of Turks love Greece and see them as related people the other half hate them because they are Christian/European invaders
95 % of Greeks despise Turkey and do not like them, 5 % seem to be neutral about them
Turks stay way more positive tuned about Greece, the opposite is rarely seen

Way let's say beside of the few darker and exotic Greeks most of them look Southern European or can be even lighter
Turks do look like everything and everyone, though
Most of them are Middle Eastern in appereance but here in Germany I even saw Slavic or Central European looking Turks, they can be pretty light but it's rarer
