I have some insider info from a buddy who works for Blockchains LLC. They have been building Ethereum DApps for three years and recently spent $1 Billion on land next to the Tesla Gigafactory. They are building a test-bed city that will showcase how blockchain technology can systematically improve business and industry without compromising consumers' rights or ownership of information. I cant reveal too much because they are still operating in stealth mode but they have dozens of corporate partnerships, over 1000 DApp developers, backed by billions in investments, and have titans of tech on board. At the end of June they will unveil several DApps and their plans for the future, this will be front page news worldwide and will catapult ETH into the mainstream. Im not sure and I dont think he knows. Hes a tech guy and the management is secretive and keeping information compartmentalized. I asked if they were doing an ICO and he said he wasnt sure but possible.

So the news broke and the website was put up in January, prime hype moment. All the insider info you posted is pulled from their twitter page and unproven speculation - plus, if a test city was being built right next to tesla, I think word would have gotten out already. They are still hiring a COO, and a single blockchain developer? Not a chance in hell this is in any way legit.
