Yes and I lost $26,000 when the Jews/FEDs shut down FBME bank. They would not let any other bank accept transfers from FBME.
The FEd's used the excuse that a FBME account had been used to accept $100,000 from some scam in Chicago, but FBME main use was accepting payments from ME/Russia and transferring the money into the European and US banking system.
So you mean for example:
Us company transfers money to germany
From germany to a small bank in a shitty third world country and to another one etc etc
