We do heraldry right.
Most of our cities don't have centuries of history of warfare, changing hands, dynasties and shit.
That's why we have basic designs. All fancier coats of arms started like that, then they had more elements added over time.
Making a complicated design with divisions, supporters or mottos from scratch is pure ignorance and cargo cult
