Most Austrians don't like Germans because arrogant Germans make fun of the dialect all the time and belittle Austria, act like they own the place and don't have to respect their dialect and customs. Same for Switzerland.
Luxembourg is more fond of the French since WW2 (up until then they still were spelled Luxemburg afaik, the German spelling) and Liechtenstein is way closer to Austria and Switzerland naturally.
