There are Australian trucks that fit into Australian length limits in such a way that they also fit rather well into European length limits for pulling a tanker trailer or 40 foot container trailer.
Of course you could actually legally import one, and theoretically you would be able to convert it from WRONG hand drive to CORRECT hand drive with an American model dashboard and American model steering parts as well as some custom fabrication probably (American trucks themselves are too long for any useful trailer within European length limits), but the effort in money and energy just seems excessive, also trucking is probably a really shitty job in reality.
