Volume is atrociously low, people are probably waiting for the inevitable triple bottom down to 6.8k

market makers testing how much they need to pump or dump to affect the market. there's hardly any volume so price isn't moving. expect a mega bart one way or the other to get some momentum going.

regulators are btfoing tons of scams right now by sending out cease and desist letters, so scammers are cashing out all their ETH and Bitcoin before shutting down operators

People with a lot of money have recently realised how lucrative this market is. They're causing what's known as a "shakedown", driving prices lower so they can buy in at the bottom (while making money on the way down). When they decide it's time for things to go up, things will go up.

We are in a weird area. Institutional money has not come yet and it looks like are try to decide what they want to get into. I think so projects will slowly begin to be weeded out and you will have to bring value to the economy to go up in value. Only more money coming in can bring this bullrun back.

People want to take money out when it's stagnate, or they just want their money to spend. So they'll sell slowly over time when it's doing nothing.
