That would get you the best available 1 BR apartment here. Probably around 1000sqft

Sorry I’m really high lol.

In Philadelphia it will get you a 700-1000sf studio

>NYC
sounds about right.

In my town you couldn't afford a single apartment with only $1000 a month. Cheapest rent is probably $2500/month and the houses are usually $400k- $700k

That sounds pretty dope actually. Nice part of the city?

~60m2 Apartment

Big 2 bed apartment for 600. Studios for 2-300

in seattle 1000 USD a month will buy you a small box you can sleep in, no joke

There's a few around Center and Old city which are actually nice. In the shit sections of the city you can but a house for the price of a VCR

Where the fuck is that? Detroit?

>Sorry I'm really high lol.

No

In the cities you can MAYBE get a 2 room apartment after 5 years of waiting in queue for 1000 dollars a month.
Outside of the cities, paying 1000 dollars a month on a loan you could get pic related no problem

You could buy 2 nice homes or rent a very nice waterfront home with all utilities included.

I get top delivered to my door, For free

Not everyone is a coastie or coloradan buddy

3 bed 2 bath and a small yard in a low to mid class area

2 bed 1 bath in a nice area

I’ll need some proof that you can find something liveable for 200$ anywhere. I live in a shithole and you’ll pay 500 min.

wtf is your flag? i'm on the phone

It's the Vrigin Islands

thx American

Heard it anecdotally. Could find it that cheap though. I did find some for 325-350

Just a room though right? Kitchen and bath no?

There are none in my town for that much. Here's one for $936 U.S. dollars monthly right outside the biggest city in the province. That price includes heat, lights, wifi, cable tv, washer and dryer. It's also in a very safe and entirely white province.

The closest "city" city near me is Sydney. Not sure you could get a place for under a grand a month. A private car parking spot, maybe.

Think I'd rather own that house

Fucking lmao.

I get an en-suite bedroom in London overlooking the river.

two high-class studio flats.

Overlooking the river or the reflection of a building in the distance situated a few kilometres from the Thames?

I pay zero for a room at my grandparents

River.

Battersea is one of the few vaguely affordable nice places left in Central London.

For this price you'd get 80m^2 here and could live with your feet towards the center of mass.
