The entire market is based on ticket scalping to DApp ecosystems. These ecosystems do not exist. Link tickets are for an ecosystem that will be used by those non-existent DApp ecosystems. There's too many degrees of separation for educated speculation. It's a ponzi that assumes the success of other ponzis.

If you search enough you'll find the old pasta, which is mostly true. In short, there were minimum investment amounts for the ICO, so some anons pooled together to qualify and were smug about it, then when the token hit exchanges, it just tanked, which made people laugh at them, which made them dig their heels and hold their own position stronger to compensate, and it continued from there, until people forgot what camp they were in and started to take the whole thing seriously.
