I have 11k to put into crypto but I’m a fuckin retard and am thinking cardano, ripple, and ethereum.

Is CNBC reliable? No bully plz. I am only on binance and Coinbase so please don’t give me coins on other exchanges.

If you want the safest of safest bets just buy bitcoin itself. It's going up big time one these days. Either that or buy binance coin. I reckon binance coin is a super safe bet.

Everything else is conjecture and speculation. I personally think Litecoin will explode. then again, I barely know shit about crypto.

I also like TRX and XLM. Everyone says Bytecoin is a huge scam but it's only 1cent right now but it could potentially 2-3x in the next year or so. I like buying cheap shit in large amounts and just hodling for months and months to see if anything happens. anyway, there's my 2 cents

sent from my ipad

Buy 0x (ZRX), Etherum, and Request Network (REQ). You know what eth is clearly, the other two will be addd to coinbase soon and have actual use cases.

Yep btc and bnb are pretty safe...except if bnb gets labeled a security (which it most certanly is)

Thanks. I’m looking for something that can help me increase my capital. I don’t really want to day trade but I would like something to build my money short term so I can then diversify for long term. Been watching a bit now and so many attractive prices I can’t decide.

Wait so what if BNB is a security I don’t get it

didn't you already make this exact thread today?
fucking hell so many of you are lazy, but atleast you have 10k to start with.
buy eth.
or bch, if you want to be risky.
just stay away from tardano.

Is this the fabled normie FOMO? Kek

ADA is a great buy when alts capitulate at like 7k. XRP sucks, stay away. Buy CMT or ZIL instead of ETH. Much more upside.
However, don't buy until 7k area when alts dump hard.

went to see if this image was real (it was) and found this:

this news site apparently use The Sims to re-create footage

about Ripple:

youtube.com/watch?v=jpCWCm4KbiM

Well burgers would be getting banned from binance....and so the coin's value would decrease ofcourse....they are doing buybacks and burns which is an obvious form of dividends....they should get rid od that and just leave the 50% fee discount - it's still a lot of utility

what you mean by 7k boss

Thank you, this seems solid but I’m
Worried the bottom is higher than that? 7200 maybe?

Gods work user

I wrote an email on this one. A drop in the bucket I’m sure.

>xrp=banks
>xrp is not for the banks to use
pic related
>centralized
true years ago, false now
>not a cryptocurrency
false
>ripple will create more
they cant
>there is no distributed consensus to decide on it
thats like saying that there is no mining on bitcoin
>banks wont go and buy it in the open market
literally xrapid
stop believing in that bullshit user

Attached: xrp or not.jpg (565x825, 58K)

Its a coin attempting to be a bankster coin yet will never get adopted by banks. Its the worst of both worlds.

you just contradicted yourself in a single post
also visit rppl.info/
look at xrapid and xvia labels

I researched XRP and it’s just so all over the place. FUD for it is really constant. I read if banks adopt it it could 15-20x.

But it could take years?

fudbingo.com

BINGO

Never even heard of these. Let me know when I can walk into my local Chase and buy some ripple.

Oh so you want full adoption for that $300 per xrp price before you invest?

Smart.

What did she mean by this?

Even if it were available in any bank in the world im still not sure this would be valuable. So its just money? Thats it? Every cryptocurrency acts as money. Newer ones are feeless, decentralized, instant, and you can build smartcontracts on them in addition to being money. I dont see how ripple would ever be worth something by comparison.

Don't buy anything yet. Prices still have a ways to go before they reach the bottom. Anyone that tells you otherwise is just trying to dump their bags or prop up their sinking shitcoin scheme.

its really easy to make money in crypto, but you need to put in some time doing research.
Whenever you see someone shill a coin, read the whitepaper before you buy.
Or you can be a lazy faggot and buy HOT on IDEX cause ive already done the research for you.

you never heard of moneygram? what about western union? santander doesnt sounds like something?
you are just being hard headed now user,
anyways, at this point you are supossed to buy things on the internet and transfer value cross border with it not buying groceries down the street, you do that with bitcoin already?

>Every cryptocurrency acts as money
no shit sherlok
>Newer ones are feeless, decentralized, instant, and you can build smartcontracts on them in addition to being money.
like which one? is, for example bitcoin any of that?

If you want safe money buy bitcoin.

If you want to risk it here are my picks.

>EOS
will probably replace ethereum. Main net launches in 9 days. Im all in on this one.

>skycoin
trying to make a decentralized internet. Tech is cool but they are a very long way from a working product.

>monero
drug money. Untraceable crypto. This will always have a use on the darknet. Its scalable too. Kind of a pain the ass to use though, you have to download the entire blockchain yourself or you compromise your privacy.

>nano
feeless, scalable, instant money. Unlike eos its not inflationary. You can also use it with a lite wallet which makes it convenient.

>stellar lumens and cardano
another possible replacement for ethereum. Not even close to being launched, unlike eos. You might stick a few % here just to hedge your bets.

>ethereum
The maker of ethereum has been trying to address the scaling problems, and claims he is getting close. He has been saying that over a year now though. They have a gigantic head start on the smartcontract scene though so a few % here might work out.

Buy Bitcoin and nothing else.

EOS.

Stellar isnt feeless but its so cheap its pretty close.

Where any anons here in mid to late 2017? Did you buy well? What helped you decide?

You can literally transfer value across borders with any cryptocurrency. Yes, you can literally do that with bitcoin today if you want.

Very insightful. Thanks user

Jesus Litecoin is junk, Tron is a scam but no one wants to say it... Justin Sun is a onions boy exit scammer. Stellar is a reasonable choice

user, did you not realize that stellar is the same tech as xrp?
and that they are now, pursuing more or less the same use case, ibm wants to get fi to use stellar for cross border payments, just like ripple

Litecoin is here to stay. Just look at charts of the top ten coins a couple of years back. All those coins have gone into obscurity except Bitcoin and Litecoin.

Only reason Litecoin get so much hate is because of a concentrated fud effort by bcashies who rightfully consider it the biggest threat to the survival of their shitcoin.

Roger Ver is a chad tho mate... the guy wants to replace btc... he’s shameless dude and an idiot... stay away long term. Cardano might actually be among the 5% of coins that isn’t vapourware

I did read about this, what’s the general consensus? Is there any? Isn’t that newish news? (IBM using stellar)

XRP isn’t the same as Ripple dude... Xrp is public and Ripple is not... People just assume if Ripple gets adopted, XRP will too and or go up in value. I know what I think

Its not the same at all. Stellar supports smartcontracts and also is decentralized and also didnt have a 100% premine.

wait until tomorrow to buy the dip on sky, thank me later, this is one of the only coins that actually does something useful

Oh I forgot to shill the specifics of EOS. Oops.

Eos has no fees of any kind. Its free to use. Holding EOS tokens gives you bandwitdth. Posting and using smart contracts drains your bandwidth. It slowly fills back up over time. This happens automatically, you do not have to do anything. This is to prevent network spam. You can also sell your bandwidth to others if they need more than they have EOS for.

Eos supports smartcontracts. Decentralized programs that cannot be stopped by anyone. These contracts are the whole reason ethereum has value.

Eos is scalable. It can do 2.5 million transactions per second. Bitcoin can only do 7 per second. Meaning this is literally hundreds of thousands of times faster. It can be expanded to infinity if needed.

Eos is instant. It has 0.5 second block times. Bitcoin has 10 minute block times. Even then most places will make you wait for at least 1 confirmation, so 20 minutes to send money anywhere. Eos can do it in one second. You could never use bitcoin in retail, you can use Eos.

What does it do? I have never heard of it outside of this forum, and it’s going on binance now.

Honestly I’m pretty wary of Jow Forums coins.
I liked links logo and almost wanted to buy some but it seems way more risky than I’m comfortable with at this juncture.

I feel like shitcoins are for experienced or advanced crypto. I’ll probably only put a little into anything outside top 20.

i think xrp is way ahead with the cross border payments thing, its well known that ibm fully supports stellar and are developing tech around it so there is some hype around it, im invested in both xrp and xlm

who mined stellar then user. did you?
as i said stellar uses the same tech as xrp so if you call one centralized the same goes for the other

Look at this dumb normie. Cardano and ripple? Lmao.
Listen. Go and buy some beans and start sprouting.
BEAN CASH, it's on bittrex.

it sounds so good but it’s charts freak me out.
I only put limited weight to TA in this space, and even for stocks for that matter...but it’s really hard to predict movement on some coins more than others.

It’s really one of my favorites so far, dontvwant to all-in, don’t want to over diversify.

I feel Ike I could turn this money into
100-200k by end of 2019 but starting out right is huge.. BTC has gone up since this thread started.

>Eos has no fees of any kind
It has fees in the form of inflation.

I am on binance and Coinbase.

LTC, 0x, BAT, BTC, ETH

Thank me in 1 year. Safest plays.

Please explain.

Well, fuck you! How do you expect to make it when you're too lazy to sign up for bittrex to buy some beans???

I feel like BTC is not a great buy because if the market follows it there is more upside on lower priced coins with upside.
Conversely if dominance/decoupling continues to lessen/greater for BTC then certain alts would really take off.

>This thread has been really good/gay. Thanks/eat my dick

Block producers get rewards for blocks, similar to btc, except in EOS the reward level is voted on.

You got me chief!

You win again, you always do.

Attached: 8D27C30E-2112-45BB-A167-7CDD7CE645FD.jpg (400x254, 32K)

Pls sir buy mobius, very good team sir

Sounds complex. Especially for a fucking retard (c)

It's what happens when you try to circumvent price mechanisms and try to socialize things. They also are trying to implement some constitution and arbitration which nobody afaik has any clue how it's gonna work exactly. So yea, I'm holding some buy I like eth a bit more.

*but I like

On the other hand, BTC has a much higher chance of still even existing 10 years from now than Any other coin on market now.

Maybe eos can flip eth one day, but make no mistake that even though it’s a top 10 ‘coin’, it’s still as much vaporware shitcoin as all the other ICO Ethereum bullshit tokens. It’s a much higher risk than ETH which has a solid dev community and institutional support. Be wary of every token, they are money grabs until proven otherwise.

Thanks!

Np bro, good luck with your coins.

I would like to watch it pan out more but I honestly don’t feel like 6500 or less is gonna happen and I don’t want to miss this dip. I refuse to FOMO in at this level but it’s tempting.

I certainly feel I have weeks and not months...

Attached: 4F0D0A39-FFDE-4702-94DD-EB4A18CBF1AA.jpg (212x197, 36K)

Lol if you you feel FOMO right now, you’ll probably do ok. You could always DCA your way in

Technically true. I expect the coins value to dramatically exceed the inflation though, at least in the short to medium run (10 years).

It doesnt have fees no matter how much you use it though. You wouldnt have to budget your transactions with an idle game or a DEX for instance. So that part is cool.

I also think that people will rent our their vote power to block producers that cut them in on the inflation. So you would get some of the inflation yourself and minimize its effect on yourself.

ETH also has inflation too you know. Plus gas fees.

I’m trying to be disciplined. DCA is not a terrible idea but I think I’ll wait at least through this weekend to see if the bottom is much lower.

>when you see it you’ll shit bricks

Oh another thing about EOS, its created by Dan Larimer, who also created Bitshares and Steem. Those are both highly successful top 30 coins.

EOS will be his magnum opus. His masterpiece. His mona lisa. You dont want to miss this one.

Also I forgot to mention that EOS did a very successful ICO which raised 1.5 billion dollars worth of ethereum. This has 2 very important implications:

1. He has said he will earmark all of that money to developers for EOS. This means gauranteed dapp support, plus because they are taking money from EOS they dont own their own coin. This means EOS will give the coins away via airdrops. So you get limitless free airdrops as long as you are an eos holder. On launch day there are 3 different airdrops for instance. I like the everpedia one, wikipedia on a blockchain

2. The ICO raised its money through ethereum. So eos is holding 1.5 billion dollars worth of ethereum. Ethereum is EOS's biggest rival. Once launch day hits, the greatest dump in the history of coins will begin. They call it the Dumpening. Ethereum will plummet like a rock while all the smart money gets out. Eos will shoot up like a rocket and become the largest smartcontract coin in existence right there in the first week, possibly in the first day.

If you havent picked up the the general theme here yet, let me bottom line it for you. BUY EOS. GET AS MUCH AS YOUR GAY LITTLE HANDS CAN CARRY. HANG ON FOR DEAR LIFE.

Stellar is created by the guy that created ripple prior to him being kicked out by the gigajew Joel Katz. Stellar is better than xrp by large margin.

You’re making me freak out user

If you want a fair and balanced perspective, make sure to read all the FAQs at eos.io.

buy chainlink

Attached: 1519753151680.png (1432x707, 394K)

im worried about Monero...Is it hackable?

Just stay away from EOS and you are fine.

Bought Cardano... I think thats THE project

Its going to become the Library of Alexandria

Attached: 1520995424748.png (570x2427, 3.3M)

>smart money gets out during a dump

Attached: 34234.jpg (259x194, 6K)

I keep my coins on Ledger. Do i get airdrops still?

Not without a quantum computer. Of all the privacy coins Monero is the least experimental and most secure. It also had a fair distribution without a premine or anything like that.

Zcash is in a very distant second place. Zcash uses zksnarks for crypto, which are new and unproven. It also doesnt require transactions to be private, which means only a small portion of traffic uses the privacy mode. This means you have a much smaller pool of people to hide in. 3rd of all its possible to do hidden undetectable inflation with zcash if you know the password they used on first creation of zcash. They claim they deleted it but who knows.

Before the dump preferably. Right now would be good.

Yes, but ledger doesnt support eos yet. You need to register your erc20 wallet with EOS to recieve the airdrops.

ETH will get back to $700 again in a few weeks. Always does. It's not the most impressive gainz as far as crypto moons go, but 17% profits on an investment in a couple of weeks is enough to give most boomers with their 401ks a heart attack. And you never really have to leave Coinbase to do it. You'll have those profits reported for taxes if you're in Burgerland, tho; Israel demands tribute.

smart money got out in january user

This guy is joking, in case no one caught that.
