Anything that I don't have to take apart, suck out of shells, cut the head off of or peel fishbones out of. In other words a good salmon or tuna steak. Sushi is great, too. So is fish and chips. Been meaning to try fish curry soon.

I think fish curry is a really good idea.
Curry will make up for the fish.

Oh and small shrimps are fine. I can eat small shrimps in stuff. Paella and stuff.
I had some shrimp in Germany that had thin pieces of potato over it and fried, best shrimp I ever had, don't remember the name

Smoked herring
I like lake perch and oysters on the halfshell
Smoked salmon and bacalao stew. Not much else really, I'm not much of a fish eater. Specially nowadays that oceans are filled with poo and toxic chemicals that go into the fish and then into your mouth.
Pickled herring is nice, too.
I like it all but I live in the Midwest, so I mostly eat canned stuff, particularly smoked sardines and oysters.
Bourbon shrimp
fransk löksill with early harvest potatoes and creme fraiche mixed with chives
A lot of freshwater fish is excellent, you probably have perch and walleye, both are great.
>early harvest potatoes
We call them new potatoes and they are the best

Fish and chips is a close second and something I eat a lot more often.
Fried fish is also a thing in Germany but usually comes with potato salad instead of chips.
Sounds delicious, bookmarked a Google search for recipes.
