A couple of times in my life, not a big fan of the texture but it was ok.

>in CZ not really
>what is tripe soup

wtf

Dutch people don't eat organs.

Except maybe the liver on rare occasions.

Yeah, but I find it gross if I think about it.
My mom and grandma always boil it three times, after washing, but I'd never cook it myself because it's gross.

Tasty as hell though.

Yes, and its fucking disgusting

I had in in a canteen in the Domincan Republic. This old lady would just make a giant pot of a kind of tripe stew that looks like and workers from around the area would eat lunch there. THat's the only thing they served.

Well, they also served boiling hot hot chocolate too. Which made like 0 sense to me because is fucking hot in that country, but it was also pretty good.

afaik it's a common traditional thing throughout most of europe.
Never liked it myself. If you boil it enough times to get rid of the unpleasant initial taste, you end up with pointless gelatinous material that may as well be tofu.

I know it's at least traditional in the UK but I don't know about Germany.
Looks like a spongy dishcloth.

>eat tripe
yes, it's called andouillette
we roll up all the tripes in a sausage and cook it
