I'm here to write some truths
The neighbors where I live got tired of not having a road, there were stones and rocks everywhere, and cars avoided the street always, so they agree on paying some poor construction workers and they eventually builded a nice sideways from both sides of the road and removed all the rocks and stones, when they where about to add cement to the road, some van went to the street to take pictures, the next day some part of the sideways where destroyed and a guy from the government told the neighbors they did it because they will build a better street and because the sideway was too high.
Now keep in mind that street was in horrible conditions for more than 20 years, and after some neighbors organize to make it better, the government appear out of nowhere and destroys it under a cheap excuse.
Then later they eventually rebuild it but the sideway was lower and a not so fancy like the first construction workers did.
It's like the government wants to keep our country a shithole except for tourist areas.
