I'm not going to read a single word of that

Yet they named the Falklands after a village in Scotland. Funny how far down that puts you in the food chain.

I thought it was the other way around because the EU starts treating the UK like any other country and they won't get any special treatment

You should add the channel Islands, which makes France extremely butthurt

Do they? Why?

I think it's weird how some foreigners see the British Empire as the evil English empire and Scotland and Wales were just another colony that we were oppressing
They weren't victims, they were committing the so called 'war crimes' with us
If you want to get specific then direct your hate at London and the political upper class, northern england had it just as bad

I didn't see them as oppressed people groups, I was just going along with his original rhetoric to just taunt him a little about the Islands.

You are jerks, objectively speaking.

I've hardly ever heard anyone french mention them, you don't seem to care but the 3 nations in the OP image are extremely arse blasted
well they are closer to france and england for a start

yeah but even the way you worded it
>they named the Falklands after a village in Scotland.
this implies it's an english colony but we decided to give it a scottish name out of generosity
i don't know the story but it was probably due to one of the senior original colonists being scottish

I think you're looking too deep into it mate.

i am haha
maybe not you but a lot of foreigners do have that viewpoint because they love the underdog status of scotland/wales/ireland
