I didn't go into it for love of money, but rather because I felt like I was decent at problem solving, I had a vague interest for applied math and physics, and grade requirements were easy-ish. However, what I failed to realize was that nowadays it's an oversaturated dudebro normie field where cronyism and nepotism are rampant. Therefore, if you're an asocial autist, you end up like me, i.e. likely to be unemployed as soon as he graduates.
