Try taking a notebook with every phrase you learn, with translations from Finnish and English. That's what helped me with Russian.

Would the first one be just be ele sabe? instead of sabes which goes with tu? It's been awhile since I've done spanish so I might be wrong.
It's interesting that the word for frog is so different in romance languages rana(esp), sapo(pt), grenouille(fr)

Sabes and sabe both work. Depends on the person being referred to. If he/she is older or happens to be your boss or what have you, sabe would be "correct" because that is used for formal situations/to show respect etc.
So, él/ella no sabes o él/ella no sabe

sabe is to show respect to someone, like an elder, boss, father-in-law, or perhaps a stranger. sabes is for someone you know personally and are on a "first name basis" with

Ah, in Portuguese it o senor(a senora) sabe (respectful he or she knows), o,a,voce sabe (regular he,she,you know), tu sabes (you know but friendly).

tú sabes o tú sabe hahaha, I wasn't looking at what I was typing. The logic behind each sentence remains the same. Sabe for formal situations/to show respect and sabes for people you are friendly and familiar with.

The tu combined with sabe is strange to me, even in the second person that's just a part of Spanish that doesn't exist in Portuguese.
But yeah that mostly makes sense when I try to remember my Spanish classes from school, fwiw as a guy who can kind of speak a weird form of Portuguese I understood all of what you were meaning to say in Spanish, but I can't comment on if it's precisely correct or not.
