Anglo-Saxon influence

Anglo country's are the most clean and maintained outside of the Asians tigers honestly.
I know somebodies going to post some cherry picked images but Europe, probably outside of some Scandis(even Finland looks like eastern Europe) and Switzerland, america both look run down as fuck.

Most of the neighborhoods used to be government issued residence for immigrating jews after and a bit before 48' so they're built pretty cheap.
There's a resolution that came out years ago called tama38 , basically means that all those old building will be renovated but with only partial government funding.
It's gonna take more than a decade to at least have the majority building renovated and the new ones that are being built look better.
