here is the thing, i myself live near a road connection to for russians near kaliningrad, and i have never seen one russian being refused directions as i experience every fucking time i am in your country even when i use international terms. and in a town where a lot of foreign students settle in, who can only speak their local language and english, and the store staff and everyone speaks english fluently and not once have i seen any issues in communication, like i experience in lithuania every time i am in your country.
Being in estonia even the old people knew english, it was super easy to navigate around that town because everyone spoke english.
Now sure, this is anecdotal and you should take it with a grain of salt.

Whatever judging from your posts you're really insecure and post outright lies, Latvia by virtually any metric is shittier than Lithuania, but keep living in your bubble thinking you're above us. When in reality only Estonia is ahead of us and you're the the shittiest Baltic. Of course if you travel to some bumfuck town like Plungė where majority of population is elderly 40+ most of them won't speak English, but that doesn't apply to cities. I can tell the same in Latvia I've been to Riga, Daugavpils, Ventspils, Liepaja, Jurmala. It wasn't uncommon for people to switch to Russian if they don't speak English since I'm fluent in both I always try to speak in English first if I see they're elderly and don't speak English most of them communicate in Russian.

Just go on a trip to all three of them and decide for yourself.

I don't know what you've been told. Russians are a problem not necessarily because of their behaviour or anything, they are a problem because their presence poses an existential threat. Moscow funnels countless millions into propaganda to radicalize them and slow down integration, to serve as a potential excuse for invasion - and this forces Latvians to vote for and put up with the dominant corrupt political/economic forces because the alternative is a Moscow puppet government.
