Attached: 17.png (400x400, 311K)

Yes, but it was a birthday gift, same day as parents bought me my first pc, so I don't even remember how it looked. I think it was in cylinder box and was orange or yellow.

Nope. Y’all are underage

No those things are expensive as fuck

12 - 20 dollars

Back in the late 90s you had to go to Toy

i want to smell nokama's farts

The fuck are you on about, they launched in 2000.

Toys r Us to get that shit and it was expensive

it looks like shit just like everything else that came out in 2000.

Yeap, 23yo here, i have a giant sack, all different kinds, probably 10 times more than normal lego, really loved them back then, too bad i can't remember their names now, but some definetely was related to hinduism.

Kys

You first!

gen 1 bionicle sets were 7 dollars fuck outta here.

You're Latvian, you're gonna do it just because it's something you do

I also watched every toon about them, and it was literally first videogame i bought for my own pc.

is this the one time shit was cheaper in Canada and Australia than America?

I don't think they were gen 1

Yes but I never got the hype. I was always MUCH more into lego.

Yes.
Had all the first series ones, lost interest about after the movie came out.

I had the 3 Slizers from the later set and all 6 bionicles from the 1st gen.
I lost interest in these kinds of toys by the time 2nd gen came out.
Slizers were cooler desu senpai, they had more parts and were more flexible in posing. They also stood much more stable than bionicles, especially that brown kicking nigga who couldn't stop falling over on shelf

BASED and basedpilled

I didn't get any pocket money growing up cause my parents were afraid I'd spend it on beer or cigarettes. Truth be told I did buy a lot of beer with money my granparents gave me and nowadays I smoke so that didn't work out either

Ive seen a lot of tv commercials but never cared

Flag
Yes, I could probably make quite some money if I sold it all.

>Slizers
Hello, grandpa. No, i had this beast

Man I loved this shit so much. Played all the games, watched the movies. It's such a unique and creative setting, unlike any other I've seen though I think the only truly kino era was the original Mata Nui era

If you still want them they're cheap on Bricklink

i had he green, the white and the blue one
had that in that order to create a large one that uses parts of the 3
i got a small green one, with a saw on a stick, i have no idea why
i had the disk throwing ones, the purple one and the one with his head where his dick is supposed to be, the fire one
i didnt really like them that much, i was much more interested in the parts

I had the brown one

No, I thought they were stupid

compared to Lego Technic

Move over

The movies were fucking awesome (back then).

youtu.be/ep7fZkUwqVg

the white bionicle was so cool

I had that monster with headbutt action
It was great though I preferred egypt lego (tfw got the big ass temple set for 1/3rd the price cause the store put it on the wrong shelf so the label was for a cheaper set so they had to sell it for that amount)

does anyone remember those vehicles you could launch on that launcher thing, and they have their own plastic ramp?

hot wheeles?

>Throwbot
Not there's a dull name

Jungle and Rock were my niggas.

>Slizers
Yeah, I even had enough to make the big guy

Yeah I had a pretty big collection and my dad would get me stuff from the US

Yes. I watched mask of light so many times I nearly wore the tape out. I also watched the 2nd film before losing the tape and had the 3rd one on cd, web of shadows.
Same.

God damn I wish I had those again
I owned all of these except the helicopter
City was the last one I got because I thought he's lame, but when I actually had it, it looked pretty cool, probably my favorite.

I remember having only 3 of them because of how expensive they were

Yes, multiple boxfuls from first gen onwards.
They were my favourite toys

In hindsight most of the figurines were shameless reskins of eachother
Still bummed out I never had Kopaka

2001 actually dumbass.

No I didn't but I saw commercials for them in my Donald Duck comics

>The first wave of Bionicle sets were initially launched in December 2000 in Europe and Australasia as a "test market" to predict how well the sets would sell in North America.
