I tend not to dislike countries as a whole, just the dominant cultures.
I dislike Ireland's dominant culture very much, and I would extend that to a dislike of most of its people, but that doesn't mean I hate Ireland the nation.

hard to say, I don't dislike most countries. I suppose it would have to be China, a party dictatorship that undermines its neighbors, while internally having no respect for human rights, particularly when they interfere with the state party. An underhanded, villain of a nation, that shits up our shared atmosphere with pollution, and saps the global economy with its poisonous practices of gamesmanship, and espionage. If an asteroid hit it tomorrow the world would be a better place.
