This is their accumulation phase. It shakes out the last weak hands and liquidates degenerate margin traders.
This will be followed by a humongous green dildo at the end of the month (like the one we saw on 12th April).
The green dildo is the signal for markup phase to begin. During this wave (wave 3) they will push us to 13K range.
Then another dip to 10K range (wave 4) and finally back up to 18K (wave 5). This has all been planned out since last year.
