I don't want it to go to the book. The stop-loss orders aren't actual orders, it's just a script that CREATES an order when the price is right. So why not make it both ways?

I don't think you understand. Limit buy requires the price to drop to where my buy order is. If I want to chase the drop and buy back in on a reversal, I want to have a buy triggered if the price rises above a $x.
It's a stop loss, backwards. So on each drop, I could continually lower my start gain. Similar to when a coin is pumping....I can raise my stop loss as the price pumps, but I can't lower my start buy as the price drops.

This is your problem. All kinds of order types and logic exist but if your exchange is shit you wont even know. BitMEX for example has Take Profit order which is the opposite of stop loss. They have fucking trailing stop orders. I was on Binance only for a short time so I dont remember much but before that I was on Kraken and it was the same shit. They had more order types but they were so complicated to fill out it didnt make sense.

Also, BitMEX lets me place as many orders as I want, it only checks your position size. I can place orders on both profit and loss and I just check a checkmark that makes sure they wont increase my position only lower it. This means that if one stop is hit the other will fizz out if hit later.
