Yes we call it maccas.

Look it up on youtube to hear the actual pronunciation. If you type 'maccas' into google translate it can't pronounce it probably, so I imagine few people can understand how we pronounce it based on how we write. We sick cunts have a strange sense of language that no one else understands.
