I've been to Colombia and Ecuador. From my own impressions, I'd say that countries with higher rates of mixing between various races have the most attractive women.
For instance, Colombian women are beautiful, as are Venezuelans and many Brazilians. The more European-looking girls in the Southern Cone can be nice, too, if you're into lighter skin.
But Ecuadorians, Bolivians, etc, are all shit-tier.
