I rob my workplace from all the fruit and beverages I can get away with. Same with liquid soap and toilet paper.
look up calorie/dollar ratio charts. Best ratio is things like vegetable oil and flour. Learn to make basic bread its actually real easy, and since its the best possible cost ratio, the more you eat the more you save.
Here's my recipe:
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup water
a bunch of vegetable oil
preheat oven to 350
Mix flour and salt
mix in water
coat hands and baking sheet liberally with oil
grab the dough and spread it out onto the baking sheet (add more oil as needed so it isn't sticky)
bake for 18 minutes
eat with peanut butter or whatever. Can also make pizza, garlic bread, onion bread, etc. this way.
Potatoes. They taste good, they're dirt cheap, they fill you up and you can make them into a thousand different things. Best of all is that they can be eaten alone.
You need long break from your fasts otherwise you wind up sick
t. faster
yeah but say you do only 4 fasts a year of 5 days each, that is 20/365 days == 5.5% food costs saved for the year. and if you fast once a season like that you tend to eat less the rest of the year too
Unless you're a NEET, You need to eat for energy to work.
I did 3 days fasts followed by 3 day eating for a full month (to test a hypothesis I had). It's doable but gut flora die out and diarrhea ensues, plus mineral depletion takes more than 3 days to deal with (particularly magnesium which takes a week for me to replete).
>use self checkout from walmart
>dont pay for produce
I.e. I'll grab 10 avocados and when they ask for quantity on the checkout screen I punch in "1". The receipt checkers at the door will see avocado on the receipt and either be too retarded or too complacent to check if the quantity checks out with what i actually have.
