Internet based. No refunds because it's sex toys. Can store the sex toys for years if nobody buys them (unlike if I was selling food items).
I offered payments in bitcoin and all personal details like address to be deleted, discreet packaging, no customs declaration, etc. Spammed the website on gay sites and to the LGBT crowd.
Took just 2 years with a great income even in the beginning. Dildos sell like hotcakes.

What range of products do you sell at your store? Literally just dildos, or did you have other sex toys as well? Did you build a brand?

The dildos sell for around 20 (cheapest) to 100+ dollars. The average dildo is sold for around 30 dollars. The profit margin is over 50% depending upon the brand. If I am reselling an expensive brand then the profit margin can be as low as 40% but if cheap Chinese crap then as high as 70%.

Mostly just dildos but harnesses (to attach dildos) and "fake dicks" for LGBT loonies as well as a few other things. The dildos sell the most.

Sounds too risky. Importing from China to the US, EU, etc., is risky, takes long and generally not worth the trouble. Also, you might be held liable for the shit that China produces which may be toxic or whatever

Just regular Dildos? How the hell do you compete? There have to be a million options out there. I get that people are willing to overpay for sex goods if they're sufficiently confident that the shipping and records are discreet but in that same vein, are they really going to go to some random internet distributor showing up on their statement rather than setting up a separate Amazon account or something and specifically requesting a brown box delivery just to save a couple bucks? And wouldn't there be hundreds of options if they were?

i might buy from sellers in taiwan, or other sino countries, or hong kong, or i might just sell them in the beginning and then when my webiste is popular i have sellers sell things on the website and i get money from them

Did you check? Because I did and I can find at most 10 international sellers including my own. There are hundreds of local sellers though and hundreds of shops

If you want to make money why the hell do you not research it further and make your own company if you suspect it's profitable? You couldn't possibly be doing anything right that is paying more than what you're thinking of could.

Customers are dogs. You treat dogs like dogs. If they bark you ignore them because reacting to them will only make them bark louder. If they bite then you kick them.
The user agreement (have to accept it before a purchase) should deal with most customer complaints/threats like these but some customers are really persistent and destructive. In which case you go to court and lose a fuckton of money on lawyers even if you win.

50% tax seems like a shitload for running your own business. Shouldnt you be able to get a lot of tax exemptions to lower that?

Word goes around. If you name your site correctly and maybe pay Google you can get higher on search results. There are various ways to attract customers like discounts in the start, referral links etc.
So long as you have at least half a year to wait before profits come in, it's a non-issue. People overstate the issue of attracting customers. Online they practically come by themselves.
