I find it's the best country in europe or tirana the nicest city at least and I've been to athens and basically anywhere else. Tirana is basically the best place in europe and if the rest of the world would be non existent I would retire there. Kebab costs about 1 buck and is with fries inside. The meat on the burgers is less than commonly known but it's bloodier and therefore superior. For the rest look up burek and basically look up albanian cuisine. The people are proud and slightly "unfriendly" (means that they aren't too open but that's something I know from myself and It's quite understandable since albania came out of nothing and the people had to fight for their shit from the beginning) but really cool and relatable from the start without the whole historical context.
Take money with you and just explore the city, go to cafes, eat cheap but well and much and basically fuck everything, you're in albania. Leaving tomorrow to italy but the time I was here was great although without extraordinary experiences and I will come back because I love it, everything is so clean and tidy.

The police cars look like from a comic book btw, the design looks more corporate and civil with the "police" writing being in a stylish, modern font and the cars being new and fresh and everything looks really esthetic.
