Ayam Goreng Kunyit (Fried Turmeric Chicken)
youtu.be
Fried chicken in turmeric with rice. Pic related, but commonly they're served in plain white rice. I can't find the non-restaurant grade pictures though.
too dry, need some sauce + vegie
rather have pulao
i dont know how you guys eat something as tasteless as plain white rice, feels like eating nothing
plain white rice is the complement for the savoury dish. like mash potato complement the fried chicken.
bhai jan their rice is diffrent from our basmati long grain rice. I have eaten their short grain rice and its delicious even when plain. Unlike Basmati which has no taste by itself but abosrbs flavour, the asian short grain rice taste somewhat sweet and is meant to be eaten alongside other foods.

also without the negative effects of beef
>negative effects of beef
It's okay as long as you don't border India
why would anyone say no to that?
You can add sauce if you like, plus some vegetables. I prefer it spicy, others like it milder. Serving fried chicken to someone is the safest choice if you don't know what they like.
We had this argument before.
Žlikrofi > deep fried bird
We didn't and those two things aren't comparable at all
korean fried chicken is the best
Maybe another Slovenian. He said that most people eat crap like fried meats but tourists wanted unusual shit so restaurants started serving previously unknown idrian culinary items like žlikrofi and stopped offering what local people actually enjoy eating.
tasteless barbarian
Only the poor eat grains here.
>previously unknown
Žlikrofi are a pretty famous speciality from Idrija. And that just sounds like some pretty stupid restaurants if they're removing stuff a lot of people come for off the menu. I know of one pizzeria that the owner wanted to turn into a fancy restaurant but then they went back to making pizzas since they lost so much traffic.
Slovenian pizzas are tip top.
Actually everything in Slovenia is tip top.
KOREA
NAY
I can drink to that
Nice taste you have there, senpai. Swapping the white rice with uduk rice and it's a literal perfection meal.
Why is Chinese written in chopsticks when it is in Korea?
