Depends. I'd say the youth in the "countryside", or medium-sized cities are more likely to be against immigrants. Youth in big cities probably most have immigrant friends, have access to more information, culture, and are probably more "open-minded".
Now I think most people would agree to say that we have a huge issue with our "banlieues".
