Why do Americans wear shoes indoors?
Why do Americans wear shoes indoors?
ermahgerd dosoku
We wear shoes indoor too. Fight me.
Too lazy to take them off, too dirty to care
why not take them off and at least wear comfy slippers?
I wear slippers and socks all the time because my floor is too dirty for bare feet and I don't want to get any dust, etc. on my mattress.
stepping barefoot on spent brass cases after daily homeshooting is painful.
americans are smart and preventive.
we don't
For some reason, don't ask me why, you'll only do this (and not that usually) when alone or with your family. But NEVER if you are in a friend's house or if you have friends visiting yours. Unless, maybe, if they are children and close friends.
Yes you do
t. has lived in 6 states and been to all 48 contiguous states
Yes you do and i know that because i watch movies and browse Jow Forums
they are uneducated cowboys
I mostly wear socks.
Because we aren’t pussies.
>euro gun knowledge
Cases aren’t sharp at all, they could burn you though.
Funny I’ve never thought about it, but this is very true. You can tell how close you are to a person based on whether you’d wear just socks or slipper when they visited you at your house.
If you feel like you should put on shoes, you’re not that close.

Right now I'm sitting down with my shoes on, but I also aligned my freezer so that I can rest my feet in my shoes in it so they stay cool, fresh and clean
Maybe he doesn’t. Plenty of people in the US make you take your shoes off before going inside. Admittedly though, it’s not the norm.
>American education
It doesn't need to be sharp to be painful to step on.
Your country really bums me out
Doesn't sound cost efficient but it does sound comfy.
It's basically just a climate thing. I don't really have a place where I'd want to leave my shoes for extended periods inside the back door or on the deck. And fucking doing ym shoe laces every time I go outside for anything and come back in and take them off and go back outside.
I've got floorboards anyway so who cares
If you live in a carpeted commie block where you'd only go out when you leave the house sure but it's not like shoes inside even leaves much dirt at all on floorboards anyway
This, and since we wear our shoes everywhere the bottom of our feet are like a babies and quite sensitive
wracaj do domu
>Aussie education
Shell casings are unbelievably comfortable to stand on. They roll with the natural arch of the foot. Almost therapeutic.
Why are americans so fucking weird?
>American education
Only when stepped on at the right angle.
Sorry, but this bothers nobody here. Be less sensitive maybe?
>carpet floors
>shoes indoors
Why?
>Aussie edecation
If they’re standing at a right angle, they’d be particularly uncomfortable.
Most of US has european tier climate
After we do our hourly lawn mowing we have to keep the furnace burning and vacuum our carpets
In some regions yeah but I think it's a cultural thing, especially if you are at a friend's house. It's weird to take your shoes off going into someone's house that you don't know well here
i've occasionally seen this when going to someone's house but it's not that common in my experience. the exception might be a party, then the guest usually keep shoes on. now if it's a family party shoes come off. i would never presume to walk into someone's house and not take off my shoes.
meh, its fucking hot over here
>foreign gun knowledge
The only thing that’ll hurt about stepping on a spent case is the potential burn if it just got spent. They aren’t sharp and for fucks sake they’re round.
The feeling is mutual.
Thankfully the Northeast has Canada to cool us off in the winter.
Are Americans even human?
>he doesn't wear shoes indoors
the absolute state of the rest of the world
Mabye not just climate but how houses are set out. The culture grew because when it's suburban it's just not practical to be autisitic about shoes inside because houses are more open and you go in and out all the time
I was talking about climate not sunshine. Midwest, most of east coast and washington etc has european climate. Hell New York has had colder winters the past few years than in my town middle of finland
So not only do you start this thread every day
Now you have it on 2 boards, sad pathetic retard
Most people don't live in commieblocks. And it was a custom back in the days when people were peasants and working in the fields and such to take of their shoes. At least here
>Now you have it on 2 boards, sad pathetic retard
>
wtf?
There is not such a thing as "European climate".
>Why do Americans
>browsing Jow Forums
Because our floors are disgusting
As you can see, there are multiple climates in Europe.
My state almost has as much diversity, wtf europe
yeah, where you started the other thread
get a fucking life
poverty
Are you wearing blue jeans right now?
Are you a NEET, incel, or fag in some way?
faggot even used the same pic
american put their shoes in the fridge and microwave their shoes too.
we don't, they think we do becuase of tv, then americans troll them into thinking it's true
>steppe
>tundra
>desert
wtf I hate the Pacific Northwest now
>>Now you have it on 2 boards
he probably start it multiple times today
hmm?
Why do they have random stripes, like there's more sun in northern Germany than in central Germany
Delete this. Where are the pine trees, it looks like Iceland
Why is Jow Forums the same threads every day?
see Jow Forums has now leaked to Jow Forums
Sorry, the big mountains in the middle of the state keep rain from reaching the interior
I think the desert is comfy though
dunno, maybe some latitudinal shit
do you know anyone who has a tiny entry hall just for storing shoes and coats ?
not just a rack to keep shoes in, but an entire separate room only for this purpose
Many Americans were socks indoors not all some, like me, are enlightens in the barefoot lifestyle. No one wheres shoes indoors
how many threads you going to start about us today?
Perhaps that board won’t suck so much now.
What a beautiful state...
yes
this one is pure shit now
Because in coastal regions is less likely to snow
I like this a lot better
we call it a mudroom. old house i lived in had one and my aunts house has one as well. the mudroom is what you walk into when you walk through the house's side entrance. often this room also houses the washer and dryer.
