Lived in Norilsk for the first 13 years of my life, seen plenty.

No. I want to see it one day.

yes, in my kitchen

same

in Patagonia, yes

How depressing place Norlisk is to live in? Why move elswhere?

I was a single kid in a somewhat affluent family, go figure. Back in early 2000ies you could find stuff there that never reached Moscow and St. Petersburg, like japanese vidya, game journals, anime and all that stuff.

>Why move elswhere?
My dad found a job in Moscow.

I was wondering why you asked the question, after searching I wanna ask how depressing Norilsk is.

That would be Aurora Australis aka southern lights.

You are correct sir, sorry.

Oho, thanks for learnings I didnt know

Yes. In Norway, though they were pathetic and I don't feel fulfilled. I want to see powerful ones.

i have heard that is the usual experience
kind of like paris syndrome in a way, you're fed a fairytale from the media and the reality winds up disappointing

still i would very much like to see it one day myself

A few times
Would like to see it more often though

sneed

Yes since a few years ago they started appearing in my city. Very cool how they phase in and out like some 4D object.

Yes although it's usually pretty faint. A couple times during what must have been a solar storm it has been spectacular and covered the sky.

Only every other week, every fall/winter, all my life.

>live in the bush way up in northern Alberta
yeah, you could say i saw a couple

Which town?

red deer I'd guess.

I hada minor obsession with Norilsk after first learning about its existence in this video. Pretty fascinating because we don't have any true cities that far north. They all seem more like wilderness outposts.

I saw once reallyreally awesome aurora. It was during my military service, the trick is that you must be literally middle of nowhere, even by Finnish standarts

Wabasca, bud
>red deer
>bush

GOOD LORD WHAT IS HAPPENING IN THERE

I will in Nunavut right before pulling the trigger.

About as far north as copenhagen, denmark then. Based!

I'm going to Lapland this winter.

No, but I wanna. I've sworn for years to just pack my bag after christmas and drive to the North Cape and back before having to work again in early January, but I lack courage.

How long can you last before dying?

I'd say half an hour naked. Give yourself an extra 15 minutes if your big and fat.

I'm not in copenhagen tho. And why do you bring up temperature climate?
