waking up at 5.20 am, going to a 10 hour shift of manual shovel digging and lifting steel support beams, working 60 hours a week at unsafe construction yards, making ONE DOLLAR (1$) an hour, and doing this shit 6 days a fucking week

my lower back hurts, my wrist hurts, and my knee hurts too, i feel beaten up, i have no friends, i do nothing but sleep and do this construction job BECAUSE ITS THE ONLY JOB I CAN FIND and i keep repeating this cycle over and over, i eat bread and water and the cheapest meat i can buy because everything is too fucking expensive to me, and most of my clothes are work clothes with tears and holes and are full of sand and cement
