Currency coins are a meme. Fiat can transfer easily and cheaply enough as it is, and no NANO holder actually cares about getting around the banking system.

MAYBE it has a use case in 5 years time when it's as simple as pressing a button and your fiat will get atomic swapped into XRB, send overseas, and then reconverted to fiat for less than an international money transfer would cost, but that's relying on a lot.
