We all know that won't happen. Palestinians got displaced to lots of countries in the ME after Israel was created and that made social unrest rise. The Palestinians didn't want to adapt, saw themselves as "temporary expats" and the locals didn't really enjoy having them around either.
And the talks between Israel, the US, and other ME countries that were supposed to take place to talk about what to do about the Palestinians never happened. That soured the relationships even more.
Palestinians will forever try to get back in what they see as their land, so unless you propose some kind of UN-sanctioned genocide of the Palestinians, just displacing them won't fix anything.

I see how that would cause internal tensions, but expelling all Palestinian would cause external ones and internal ones, and I frankly don't feel like a democracy should allow these sort of distinctions between their citizens. At worst make it a Hong Kong-China like relationship where Palestine would be somewhat autonomous in internal affairs but have the Israeli PM answer for their foreign policy

what I don't like is when people (mostly post-trump Jow Forumstards) make a distinction between the "based" nationalist jews and the "evil" cosmopolitan jews, when those two are in fact often two sides of the same coin.

tangentially relevant but this is partly the reason that china went, and continues to go ham on building infrastructures/housing even to the point of creating ghost cities in the middle of nowhere. slumpeople are not only bad optics but are extremely difficult to uplift once they settle down (usually due to migration to large cities for work) due to nonexistent upward mobility. and dispersing them without providing an viable alternative for resettlement just means they'll build their shit somewhere else

and uh you know investing in manufacturing when wages were low enough to do so was also a good idea but that ship has probably sailed for you

Lad, Israel doesn't believe in a two state solution. Neither do the Americans. Negotiations are a farce and have never been about producing a state for Palestinians. What will happen is a continuous of the present. Israel takes most of the West Bank and the Palestinians get what's leftover. That way Israel avoids a Palestinian state and doesn't have to have more Palestinians inside Israel. It's the logical position if you're an Israeli strategist.

I've been meaning to ask a jewbro if there is such a thing as a homeless Israeli? I don't think there is. Not counting palestenians of course.
