No. not necessarily (and probably not). In spite of the fact that or common DNA tree eventually converges due to a population bottleneck there is no proof as of yet that Mitochondrial Eve and Y-chromosomal Eve lived at the same time.
Just like Y-chromosomal Adam is the ancestor of all humans on the male line, Mitochondrial Eve is the ancestor of all humans via the female line. The conclusion that they lived within a similar period simply means they lived within a thousand year margin of error.

They're just called those things because of Abrahamic religion.
