okay sweetie
civ·il war
/ˌsivil ˈwô(ə)r/Submit
noun
a war between citizens of the same country.
inb4 >but they weren't citizens of the us after secession
shut up
wish they'd replace the extraflags georgia with this
Daily reminder EVEN French territories 7000 miles away from the Motherland produce good cheeses
And good night
they weren't
find me a single other example of a national separatist rebellion being called a civil war by historians. A civil war is citizens of the same country fighting for control of that country's government (see: the English Civil War, Spanish Civil War, or literally any other war commonly referred to as a civil war besides ours)
it's literally Goebbels-tier Yank propaganda, as ludicrous as calling the American Revolution the British Civil War.
Réunion is based, they found that one gook plane that disappeared
>find me
too lazy
>as ludicrous as calling the American Revolution the British Civil War.
the american revolution was a delayed continuation of the english civil war and no one will ever convince me otherwise
