Fag

why didn't the blacks go to uni?

why is there only asians in your uni?

same tbqh

I come from London and nobody gave a shit.
Cool kids were mixed, Nerds were mixed. Sports types were mixed. Dude weeders were mixed.

You get to uni and people suddenly become very very proud of their heritage. Quite strange.

my friends ended up being white by default

>having friends

Growing up in northern nj I never met a white person that wasn’t a teacher until college.
Really strange. As a white skinned Hispanic it seems like I should have to some degree blended in culturally but water polo, yacht racing, summer homes, and other white niceties too foreign to me. Our school didn’t have any Asian if not for 1or 2philipino but those guys were practically all but Hispanic. No Indians either. I’m starting to believe I had a strange public school experience

My friend group wasn't diverse
They were all Mexicans and I was the only white guy

>elementary school was like 50% immigrants
>high school was 80% white but almost all my friends were immigrants
>go to uni and everyone is white, all friends are white
kind of dissapointing, immigrants are usually more laidback

My schools were all white and I didn't have friends in college.

>white skinned Hispanic
Please lurk from now on. You’re only worsening our rep

>friend group is all my race in high school
>friend group is diverse in college

Everyone in my high school was CHI, in college there was literally every country represented.

I didn’t mean that in a troll way. For what I am I have white skin instead of usual dark, think of Cubans of how some are light skinned. Other Hispanics I know who were darker definitely had different social experiences just based on skin color. Not bad, just different

The exact opposite for me.

>closest thing to a nonwhite I associated with in highschool was a Spaniard that had red hair and was actually white by anyones standards
>all of my uni friends are asians, poos, and a first generation african

There is no obligation for you to have diverse friends. Life is not a 2000's sitcom.

>friend group is diverse in high school
>friend group is diverse in undergrad
>friend group is all white in grad school

>one of the non-whites so I have to go to le diversity events
aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

I regret academia

Surely it's not compulsory?
