First for Halloween posting.

I hope tourism drops because of the Airbnb restrictions so the government knows to fuck off with regulations

Attached: 1506530581215.png (335x344, 156K)

But restricting Airbnb is a good thing.

There are air bnb restrictions?

Because they're retarded.

Might vote for Casey on Friday. It was pretty ebin when he called out kn*ckers

This was a half decent read summarising the different campaigns. I've gotta say I hadn't heard about Duffy's fuck ups.

>restricting Airbnb is a good thing
>implying
1. It forces landlords to rent out their properties in the long-term which is a pretty bad deal for them. With long-term lets, tenants have too many rights which allow them to take advantage of their landlords and landlords are taxed heavily on their rent.
2. These restrictions are also bad since they basically give the message of "No you can't do what you want with your own property"
3. Airbnb is good because it takes business away from hotels, B&Bs, etc. These places are usually overpriced so they deserve to lose out to cheaper alternatives like Airbnb
4. The government only did this in response to the housing crisis whereas in reality this will have little impact on it. If the government want a greater housing supply then they should give landlords incentives to lease long-term instead of forcing them to do it. Alternatively, decrease demand for accommodation. One way this could be done is establishing high-speed rail links so people could commute to their jobs from further away. I know that such a thing would never be done in Ireland since our government aren't the best at developing infrastructure so supply-side action is the most realistic

Basically, landlords and consumers looking for cheap-short term accommodation are fucked over in favour of (((licensed))) hotels and B&Bs just because the government took a half-arsed decision so that they could be seen doing something. Literally an analogue to the Uber scenario

No, I'm just sick of over-regulation in Ireland making everything expensive
>why are you so mad for fighting for your slaver's rights?
My landlord isn't my slaver lmao. I pay a fair price in rent. If I wasn't happy with my rent or living conditions then I would just move elsewhere

>what's your issue
Antifa are edgelords and the majority of them liberals
>My landlord isn't my slaver
ok retard

Except I can leave whenever I want. I'm happy to pay a fair price for accommodation I think is worth it. You just seem like you have a sense of entitlement

Knew it, lad's a cuck

So, this is probably why they want blasphemy removed.

Just watching the Prime Time debate there and Christ is Joan annoying, "here we are discussing financial issues again".
I mean I wouldn't be opposed to the view that the jet thing is a bit worn out at this stage, but it's like she doesn't want to hear about it in the first place and just wants to get back to reading off whatever one trick prepared statement she has on the mental wellbeing of the country.

>I've gotta say I hadn't heard about Duffy's fuck ups.
What did he do? I missed the news.

Cad é an scéal a chairde

I don't care about any of that shit. I don't even have much of an issue with landlords. It's just that Airbnb is a normalfag meme and I want to see it fail.

>Two months on, and no position papers have been written.

>436 KB PNGJust watching the Prime Time debate there and Christ is Joan annoying, "here we are discussing financial issues again".
She was right though. The obsession with the financial aspects of the presidency dominated the debate and was one of the reasons that the Prime Time debate was so tiresome compared to the others.

Stop shilling the burkean

I cannot think or comprehend of anything more cucked than having a daughter. Honestly, think about it rationally. You are feeding, clothing, raising and rearing a girl for at least 18 years solely so she can go and get ravaged by another man. As a man who has a daughter, you are LITERALLY dedicating at least 20 years of your life simply to raise a girl for another man to enjoy. It is the ULTIMATE AND FINAL cuck. Think about it logically

>Yeah don't have kids goy

>being this new

Attached: 1536679682732.jpg (1024x531, 53K)

How?

Please tell me this Joan thing is a meme. I think she's useless.

>The obsession with the financial aspects of the presidency dominated the debate
You mean it dominated the first fifteen minutes? And it is one of the few issues on which we can judge the incumbent possibly poorly for.

Attached: 1510067381480.jpg (3541x4479, 3.12M)

It's an old copypasta, did you seriously just come from reddit today?

>And it is one of the few issues on which we can judge the incumbent possibly poorly for.
That's exactly what the Mickey D supporters don't want you doing. Haven't you heard, he's a (secular) saint?

>Haven't you heard, he's a (secular) saint?
Afraid not, I've only heard about the non-secular saint, Joan Freeman.

Attached: 1525195615566.jpg (1000x1186, 98K)

>Please tell me this Joan thing is a meme. I think she's useless.
I don't think anybody is actually saying that she'd be a particularly good president to be fair.

>You mean it dominated the first fifteen minutes?
It returned later in the debate again.

>And it is one of the few issues on which we can judge the incumbent possibly poorly for.
"Possibly" being the operative word. There has been no proof that Michael D has done anything wrong with regard to expenses. Just accusations by millionaires who claim that they would be pauper presidents if elected.

Michael D is no saint, but I wish people would actually criticise him on his actual faults rather than on stuff that might look scandalous in newspaper headlines.

Attached: 1529578619408.gif (281x450, 1015K)

seriously hope everyone is voting for peter casey

>I wish people would actually criticise him on his actual faults
Like the jet?

Nah, voting for Seán. You should too.

Attached: 1522273619623.jpg (2473x3549, 812K)

>There is no proof that Michael D has done anything wrong
It's you again.

why

What's wrong with making use of the government jet on the rare occasion that his staff recommends it?

I'd argue that Gallagher has come off the worse of all the debates of the election campaign.

As long as you give Casey your number 2.

Yes

>What's wrong with making use of the government jet
Because two hours down the road isn't a long trek?
>I'd argue that Gallagher has come off the worse of all the debates of the election campaign
All the candidates shouting over you will do that.

Michael D probably number two for me. Only two of them I would like to see in the role really.
I largely agree with Casey in relation to the travellers, and that housing issue in Tipp is crazy, and I also want to sent a message to the likes of Leo that a large portion of the country, if not the majority share Casey's views, but at the same time he would be a horrible President and thus can't let myself give him a vote.
Hope he polls decently though.

Attached: 1521446489884.jpg (2245x4002, 2.22M)

Mick D is there long enough and is too old. Would rank him second in my list.
Joan is a one trick pony and a bit slow.
Liadh is competent but a lefty.
Gavin is somewhat charismatic but is like some sort of dictionary or mini-wikipedia, as if showing he learnt what all the words and their definitions were for the presidency and then repeating them back to the viewer.
Casey whilst right on travelers, largely, doesn't have much else going and he is a bit of a clown.

The jet shouldn't be used to travel around the island outside of an emergency situation.

>Because two hours down the road isn't a long trek?
It happened once that he took the plane to Belfast out of multiple trips he made to the North, on the advice of his staff. It's obviously not an extravagant habit of his.

>The jet shouldn't be used to travel around the island outside of an emergency situation.
I disagree. Plus, it only happened twice. I really don't get this obsession with a jet that he barely uses.

cheetos

Attached: cheetos-crunchy-cheese.png (334x483, 185K)

>Plus, it only happened twice
This year. He was very specific in saying "In 2018" he only flew it to Belfast and Kerry.

cearc

Attached: 250px-Rhode_Island_Red.jpg (250x222, 22K)

I know. And twice in the pace of 10 months is still a very low tally. Plus, he's also limited by the short range of the jet in terms of when it can be used for foreign trips, so I'd wager that his overall tally for usage of the jet during his presidency is quite low.

Fuck the EU

based NPcel

Do SF have some major issue with Gallagher?
Liadh keeps interrupting him and they or some proxy account scuppered his chances last time?

Are you one of those lads who shouts random shite about the EU on the streets of our cities?

Gallagher knows their big secret and plans to use Presidential powers to expose it.

These aren't funny as false flags, and if God forbid you're actually yikesanon himself, they're not funny either. Please stop posting them.

>Repeal the 27th
So the "progressive" crowd is actually committing to it then?

It would seem so. This will be the real test for "Feels vs. Reals" because there are even less logical arguments for repealing the 27th than there were for repealing the 8th.

Decided on Michael D. He's too old and shouldn't have lied about his term intentions but the alternatives are too poor to consider.
I'll give Seanie a respectful 2nd preference.

Think of how ethical the games journalism would be in such a state!

If you're voting Michael D, there's literally no point in filling out the rest of the ballot.

If you're voting for anyone there's no point in filling out the ballot since it'll be over on first preference. I'll complete the ballot anyway on principle.
