For the most part, you're right

Tijuana looks first world

is that supposed to be a lake?

river*

It's supposed to control the rain

Reporting in. The pic itself should give you a fairly good idea from what city I'm posting in.

Fog is pretty comfy

Yeah, but the city underneath is not as comfy.

Thats actually pretty interesting, what is the giant canal? Is it for sewage or flood overflow or what? How often is it filled?

You arrive in Luton, a town infested with junkies and terrorists, a town plagued with corrupt police officers and homeless under every bridge. A town with rats everywhere, rubbish and litter laid bare and untold depravity behind every closed door. The sun never shines, every day is marked by perpetual gray and/or rain. The buildings are covered in mould and muck, the people’s faces filled with despair and apathy. This town is your home, your birthplace. It’s all you’ve ever known. Everyone speaks a foreign language, wears foreign clothes and consumes foreign foods. You don’t know the names of your neighbours, only that you hear them fuck and fight every night through the walls. Every week there seems to be a stabbing just down the street, but there’s never anything about it in the news. Whenever you leave the house there’s a camera in your face, because there are cameras everywhere. Privacy is dead, yet despite the government’s assurances that it’s for our protection they never seem to be able to catch the rapists and murderers and thieves and drug dealers that are found so often on our streets. Should you ever drive a mile over the speed limit you can be sure you’ll be fined though. Funny that.

Sup Mexibro, I was in TJ just last week for the very first time

It feels a bit like the shittier parts of Marseille (my only frame of reference really)

The worst part was the pollution. Holy shit, I've never breathed air so bad. I had to change my clothes when I got back to San Diego because I still smelled like smog

Pic related isn't just dystopian, it's Lovecraft-tier menacing in its decrepitude

Attached: new-london-ct.jpg (1601x1149, 325K)

is for floodings but I think it has not been filled in decades
sounds like home, not the privacy stuff tho
where did you go?

Hey I live in Tijuana too

WELCOME TO TIJUANAAA

Come home hermano

The river running along it is actually a bit deeper than it seems. The canal is built so huge for flash foods, though. The river itself isn't impressive but every once in a while it had huge floods that regularly bulldozed several neighborhoods along its path. It's only a couple of decades ago that the canal began being built, and it wasn't that long ago that it still had incomplete parts. Hell I'm not even sure if it's 100% done yet.

Your infrastructure looks so developed

fugg

We have a long way to go
I would feel very desperate walking down the street

Is Hindi script really not that common there?

neat thank you. I think that would be a pretty cool thing to have in the middle of a city to be honest. It's unique

Very Lovecraft and very yanquí

Most of the Indians in big cities are bilingual

Attached: file.png (300x200, 134K)

I think you should change that out of a matter of national pride

is tijuana improving

I've seen some races there

No

Not possible desu India has lots of languages and people already get mad over imposition of Hindi

Attached: file.png (1614x517, 94K)

Kind of. I would say that we are improving slowly when it comes to infrastructure but we're going backward in security and crime

What if I want to go on holiday? I’m an Anglo and I appreciate Anglo signs

My mothers town.

Those are some nice buildings
These not so much
Kinda looks that the line to cross to the US

LA will be Tijuana in about 8 years, so cheers. Before it all collapses just remember to thank whitey for free food assistance, medi-cal, the emergency rooms that you dirty fucks swarm to that are willing to treat your kids for free, schools with teachers that have an IQ over 90, and police that will actually respond when called.

Apparently the city in the second picture was named india's cleanest city.

And that's a good thing!

Maybe with some paint, it would look better

what's happening in 8 years?

tfw live in comfy mexico city

Attached: 630x355.jpg (630x355, 238K)

Looks like LA wtf

Not that bad desu, looks like people are happy.

sadly I live in the Shire

Attached: chester.jpg (2800x2100, 1.84M)

Not dystopian but soulless.

Attached: Johnson-City-The-Least-Expensive-Cities-For-Living-in-the-U.S.A2.jpg (1300x861, 279K)

why not build the parking underground and put apartments or something over all that ugly tarmac?

What don't you like about it?
What's worse, dystopian or soulless?

infringing traffic from the fat orcs of maryland, and mordor

Oh hey I live there too
At least it's not Br*Dgeport

/comfy/ here

Attached: spokane.jpg (1130x635, 289K)

traffic is truly the worst

>Luton

I'm looking at your town in Google Maps, where did that giant mall come from? It did shallow the city center somehow?

I would love my city if it didn´t had a lot of fucking crime. I love going out to restaurants, bars, brothels and movie theaters, but i I would like to not be so paranoid when i get out of my house.

Yeah, I would also like it more if it was more clean

yeah that to, also not having 3 fucking cartels fighting in the city would be nice too

whats that concrete thing in the middle for?

Attached: 1525399289378.jpg (1600x1000, 778K)

Add a couple of neon signs and some robots and Mexico is literally that cyberpunk game.

Well hello there

Attached: 1200px-Lulin_free_s8.jpg (1200x900, 195K)

It's only the areas closer to the border (zona Río, hipódromo, etc)
The further out you go the shittier it gets.

floodings

Kek how to forget the times where it was literally filled with plants.

I love the city but hate the people

Attached: ostermalm-1240x620.jpg?preset=detail_big_retina.jpg (1240x620, 217K)

how does it feels living in a commie block?? genuine curiosity

Hi there Bulgaria
This is accurate
Why?

Infrastructure is, but crime will not go down as long as PAN is in power.

Attached: 546456456546jpg.jpg (1024x585, 209K)

How's life there?

Seoul of Europe

Attached: warsaw2.jpg (1413x943, 751K)

Depends how you make it on the inside. Looking at it from the outside however can depress you a little

It doesn't look half bad
Is there enough room?

>It doesn't look half bad

Why do you think dystopian means bad?

the literal meaning of dystopia is a frightening sociaty

Yes actually. The old type of architecture provides atleast 100sqm apartments with 3 apartments per floor. The new type of blocks they build have apartments half the size for two times the money just so they can cramp 7-10 apartmemts per floor

Yes

Attached: Rotterdam135.jpg (1600x900, 380K)

>western europeans and north americans posting their average to good looking cities

fuck off faggots

Demographics, probably. LA already looks the part, soon the population will fit the bill too.

Attached: image.png (719x402, 734K)

In what way is that Dystopian?

looks good

How it isn't?

Attached: Rotterdam123.jpg (694x463, 122K)

>mommyyyyyy they are renovating houses I must tell my friends on the cambodian tapestry internet forum I live in a dystopian city

faget

Sounds like the intro to one of those gritty black and white detective movies

Especially if you think about where we came from
