I inherited $300.000

How do I manage it in a smart way? I am a retard and the first idea was to simply try to minimize spending and use it as salary. Should I divide it and invest a portion in something, other portion in 6 months of salary, and other part in starting a business?

I heard people that win the lottery lose it all because they do not know how to *manage* money. I also heard that if we gather all the money of the world and redistribute in equal parts to every person of the world, in some time it will end again in the hands of the rich.

PD: it is a big amount of money in my country

Put it all in Link

Real estate

It depends on what country you're in.

All in CHAN

this. LINK gets your mega rich, buy properties and live off rental income.

Half physical silver if prices are reasonable to spot. Sell half when it hits $50

Other half in cash to buy high yield (6-10%) dividend paying stocks when the US market crashes

This will permanently supplement any future income that u need
Ur welcome

Dont listen to anyone on this board.
Dont buy crypto
Dont buy precious metals

This. Rental income is the easiest low risk way to invest money and get good returns, and if the shit hits the fan you can go and live in your investment. Goldfags btfo. Work out how much money you need to rent a nice place somewhere you want to live with plenty of walking around money, then buy property with a rental return of 110% this. Don't invest in stocks, that's the bubble that institutional money is getting into crypto to avoid. Find somewhere safe to park the rest

Wait for the markets to cool a bit, then invest the majority of it in various sources. If you don't want to micromanage, put it in ETFs or mutual funds.

First, though, invest in yourself. Get yourself a trade skill or an education, something you can leverage for the future to better your earnings.

Unironically put it all in spy leap puts

Enjoy while it's cheap, and if you're still poor in 2019 you must of just fucked up.

seek financial advice
10% bonds
50% boomer lifestrategy funds
2-10% in crypto (probably eth/btc)
20% rental property

Invest it in index funds.
According to the Trinity Study, the safe withdrawal rate is 4% annually.

4% of $300,000 is $12,000 ($1000 per month).
In many, 3rd world countries, $1000 per month is enough to live like a king. You can move to countries like the Philippines and live on that forever.

Or you can stay where you are, and continue to wagecuck or NEET it up, or just do whatever you want, and you'll have a safety net of a guaranteed $1000 per month.

I'd personally drop everything in an index fund, live off of the $1000 monthly "safe withdrawal rate", and just try to make money randomly (from online ventures or wagecucking) and throw everything I earn from that into crypto.

Passive-income from a rental property. That would set you up for life. Maintenance might be a chore at times, but think of it being your job because you will be a Property Manager.

Best

It depends on where you live in the world my dude. You could keep 50k in cash and use 250k as leverage to buy a nice apartment building worth ~1MM

Fucking pussies. What a bunch of pajeets, none of you are men of taste or style or even intelligence.

>Vanguard s&p500 or house where you cant rent parts of it out

easyyy

Buy a property and rent it for passive income
>inb4 you can make more on crypto
Worst case scenario for crypto is that you lose all your money, worst case for a property is that no one rents it so you live there rent free
also passive income > large burst of money, as the tax man gets more if you get it all at once

This sounds pretty responsible.
However you are probably gonna need to do something about the whole fiat crash thing that is bound to happen.

This. I’d say put at least $100k in LINK. You’ll never have to work a day in your life.

Stay poor

are you really asking about this on Jow Forums?

Buy masternode

Buy REQ sir, very cheap, very good project.

>when the US market crashes
He could be waiting 10 years

Whatever you do don't keep it in fiat. You'll get raped by inflation and taxes until it's worth nothing.

! Dont buy crypto ! Dont buy crypto !
Keep 12000$ as securtiy reserve
Invest the rest in bond (maybe 200 000$) and in stock market (88 000$ on large cap)

Unironically: $300,000 isn't enough to retire on (assuming you're in the US). Now, it is enough to put you far ahead of most other people if you invest it wisely.

My recommendation would be this: Pay off any outstanding debts.

After that, take 80% of what's left and stick it in a Total Stock Market Index Fund with Schwab.

Then, take the remaining 20% and buy XRP, IOTA, and ICX.

You need at least $1m post-tax to retire on assuming safe withdrawal rate of 4%. You'll have to work a while, but in about 2-3 years you should reach that target.

Stay away from properties/real estate, they're a meme for low IQ investors.

Good luck, user.

But vacation houses and rent them out $150-500/night I bring in an extra 350k/year passive income doing this

>Stay away from properties/real estate, they're a meme for low IQ investors.
why?

>Stay away from properties/real estate, they're a meme for low IQ investors.
Yeas why fren

Basket of blue chip dividend yielding equities if you plan on spending the dividends. All growth blue chip stocks of you’re okay with waiting +10 years before spending. That’s safe. Don’t meme into crypto, gold, real estate.

>XRP, IOTA, and ICX

I love it when stockcucks try it on with crypto

Yeah these are all gonna be going to shit for the next few years, BTC still gonna be kang, enjoy ur no gainz

short EOS

>none of you are men of taste or style or even intelligence.
>posts an aventador
so, so much to learn

Invest in art, gold, diamonds or vanilla.

Only thing that's certain is that hyperbitcoinization is not happening. Sorry to be the one to tell you.
IOTA is a fine choice.

Depends on your age. Here's what I'd do (as a 35 year old):
100k as back up salary (in case something drastic happens)
150k in mutual fund, with a high risk. I suggest Fidelity Contrafund (FCNTX). It's had higher than average gains over the past 10 years, although this year is going no where for anyone really so far.
50k in crypto: Invest 10k in whatever 5 coins you want. Do some short term (6 month) and some long term (1-3 years). Don't touch, don't day trade.

I like the blacked photo in the background.

All in on neo until NKN

Depends on country, but buy a house, don't get a loan.

buy low sell high

Attached: fren2.jpg (300x168, 10K)

lol where are you getting these allocation ratios from?

go all in on memecoins so u can buy a rocketship

why would you not get a loan?
Are you stupid?
FHA owner occupancy loan for a duplex/triplex/etc.
3.5% down
You only have to live in it one year

fucking newbiz

this.

Loan is the dirt of the earth. Why the fuck would anyone want to be stuck on a fucking mortgage and pay shit ton of intrest?

invest in onions

Is it enough to buy rental properties? Where I live, they are the best source of passive income. I could buy like eight houses with three bedrooms each, with 300k. That's a hell of a lot of income.

Hire an investment advisor and don't get your financial advise off Jow Forums

> FHA
FHA, I am not in the USA, what you are saying is to find loopholes in the loan industry and use to my advantage, are there examples?

>Hire an investment advisor
HAHAHHAHAHAHHAHHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH

I'm in central europe, housing market here is mostly good, because we have limited space. (Belgium) It depends where you are from for advice on housing, loans etc

just blow it away.. people like you dont deserve to have money

great answers, there is real wisdom

i agree with putting 100k into link. do you not have a job OP? if not do not change your standard of living just keep doing what you have been.

I would go 100k LINK, 25k Silver, 175k Real Estate (rental properties preferably town-homes or apartments to limit maintenance costs and time)

If I was in your situation I'd probably buy a couple of rental properties. I'd put about 10% into crypto. I'd diversify the rest into some safe stocks like Nestle, JNJ, etc...

Why everyone so negative about crypto? If I would get that money now I would go all in xrp with a clear exit strategy. You guys seriously think crypto will stay around or be less than it is now? Really? Go for a X3 return and than look for a 20 percent return macro fund in Switzerland is a couple and one in the u.s. and just in case OP is real, the Link chills here should be ignored. Your crypto investment token should have a clear usecase. Only a couple have that, link isn't one of them

Shop around for someone who can give you as much leverage as you can possibly get, buy an apartment complex, add value with paint + facade renovations, then improve efficiency over some time. Become professional landlord
